The Kano Star Wars Force Coding Kit is a STEM toy that lets kids build a Bluetooth motion sensor that they can use to control on-screen Star Wars actions via code. With Kano’s app, they can create, play, and share projects like lightsaber battles and Force gestures.

At Kano, I served as Design Lead on the Force Coding Kit, a product partnership between Kano and Star Wars (Disney). I developed concepts and designs for the packaging, booklet, and website product pages. Leading the art direction, I managed photoshoots with child models interacting with the Force Kit, producing images that were retouched and artworked for packaging and advertising. I also updated existing illustrations based on Disney’s feedback and created new illustrations for select characters.
